    The Cellular One brand name is owned by America's eighth largest mobile phone provider, Dobson Cellular. Rights to the name were purchased from Alltel in December 2005.

    Cellular One operates TDMA and GSM-based wireless networks, and does business in a number of US states, including Alaska.
