Road Runner Internet Service

Road Runner is the ISP division of America's second largest cable television provider, Time Warner Cable. It has a total of 5.4 million cable broadband customers, located mostly within Time Warner's service footprint.

The Road Runner service is also offered by a number of smaller cable companies, including Bright House Networks, Insight Communications, and Urban CableWorks, and resold by the nation's biggest dialup ISP, AOL.

Road Runner has met with significant success competing with the DSL offerings of local telephone carriers throughout the United States. Its mascot is the Roadrunner character from a well-known Looney Tunes cartoon of the same name.
